4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR PASSWORD AND LOGIN
To become a registered user, you provide a password and a login name. You are entirely responsible if you do not maintain the confidentiality of your password and login name. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your login name. You may change your password or login at any time by following instructions; you may also delete services attached to your registration at your convenience. You agree to immediately notify GTS Interactive Pty. Ltd of any unauthorized use of your login name or any other breach of security known to you.
5. YOUR CONDUCT IN AREAS OF THE SITE
GTS Interactive Pty. Ltd publishes electronic bulletin boards within the GTS Interactive Pty. Ltd Community Centre ("messaging facilities") that provide for feedback by users to GTS Interactive Pty. Ltd and interaction between users (including individuals referred to as guests and experts). As a condition of your use of the messaging facility you agree that you will not:
- restrict or inhibit any other user from using or enjoying the messaging facility;
- post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene or indecent information or material of any kind, including without limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law;
- post or transmit any material of any kind which violates or infringes upon the rights of any other person, including material which is an invasion of any privacy or publicity rights or which is protected by copyright, trade mark or any other proprietary right, or derivative works with respect thereto, without first obtaining permission from the owner or relevant right holder;
- post or transmit any material of any kind which contains a virus or other harmful component;
7. NO GUARANTEES AS TO THE SERVICE
GTS Interactive Pty. Ltd does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects in the service will be corrected. You also understand that GTS Interactive Pty. Ltd cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading through the Site or delivered via electronic mail through the Site will be free of infection or viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other code that manifest contaminating or destructive properties. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to the Site for the reconstruction of any lost data.
8. OUR RIGHTS TO USE INFORMATION YOU SEND USGTS Interactive Pty. Ltd welcomes ideas and feedback from you about all aspects of the Site. You agree that GTS Interactive Pty. Ltd may reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works of, and publicly display any materials and other information (including ideas for new or improved products and services) that you submit to any public areas of the Site (such as bulletin boards, forums and newsgroups) or by email to GTS Interactive Pty. 9. NO GUARANTEE AS TO SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
While GTS Interactive Pty. Ltd takes all due care in ensuring the privacy and integrity of the information you provide, the possibility exists that this information could be unlawfully observed by a third party while in transit over the Internet or while stored on GTS Interactive Pty. Ltd systems. GTS Interactive Pty. Ltd accepts no liability should this occur.
10. SPAM FILTERING, FIREWALLS, VIRUS SOFTWARE AND SECURITY SYSTEMS
GTS Interactive Pty. Ltd is not responsible in the event that registered users may have in place Spam Filtering, Firewalls, Virus Software and Security Systems that may prevent users from receiving important information.
11. FEE CHARGES AND PAYMENT
The Client must pay all Fees and Charges by the Due Date. The Client must make all payments of Fees and Charges by nominated credit card. The Client authorises GTSI to debit from the credit card nominated by the Client on the first day of every month during the GTSiTeam Service Period, all Fees and Charges which are due and payable.
12. REFUND POLICY
The Client shall not be entitled to any refund or set off of any Fees and Charges paid by the Client.
